Task

We tackled the bugs in their professional site’s login system to ensure the site would remember user logins, as well as updating the backend so that our client could add additional information about each user such as location or average purchase price. Our team also fixed bugs to ensure that out of stock products would be listed as “Sold Out”, as well as ensuring purchase orders are sent over to shipping. Additionally, our web development team strengthened the Keratin Complex® website’s code to ensure the website didn’t break or get those same bugs again. As a result, we increased their conversion rates by 150% within the first 3 months.

To diagnose and repair poorly developed backend and improve customer experience.

When Keratin Complex® reached out to our team, they had major issues with both their consumer & professional stylist sites. The consumer site suffered from slow load times, broken links, and low conversion rates. Meanwhile, the professional site had a problem with maintaining login information, causing pre-approved stylists to have to register multiple times. Our team was brought in to repair their existing sites to improve the customer experience while boosting conversion rates for our client.
